Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our sales team as a Sales Representative for new vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and identify potential customers by networking, cold calling, and attending industry events
- Conduct product demonstrations and test drives to showcase the features and benefits of our new vehicles
- Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings, pricing, and financing options
- Negotiate sales agreements and close deals with customers
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships
- Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure a seamless customer experience
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Results-driven with a track record of exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of automotive technology and trends
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
