Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Sales Representative to join our team to sell new vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars and exceptional communication and customer service skills. The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling new vehicles while providing an exceptional customer experience.



Key Responsibilities:

Achieve sales targets and goals set by the management Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs and preferences Coordinate with the finance department to ensure smooth transaction process Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor information Participate in sales training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge


Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred Previous experience in sales, particularly in the automotive industry, is preferred but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent customer service skills Goal-oriented with a drive to succeed Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license
