Our client seeks a young, dynamic, and ambitious Sales Representative ready to drive growth through new customers, innovative sales strategies, and fresh routes to market, locally and internationally. ** There is a hybrid policy where individuals can work from home or from the office, but do expect some days in the office**
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Research and identify potential customers (with sales admin support).
• Arrange and conduct product demonstrations.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and close deals.
• Negotiate and finalise contracts with clients.
• Demonstrate sound product knowledge over time.
• Explore and develop routes to market beyond South Africa.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Travel regularly to meet clients.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• 3-5 years' sales experience in logistics and/or technology, ideally ERP systems.
• Proven record of meeting sales targets and generating new business.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and selling skills.
• Professional, well-groomed, and confident client-facing manner.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and research skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (preferably HubSpot).
• Self-motivated, independent, and organised with strong prioritisation skills.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Matric / Grade 12 (required).
• Post-matric qualification in Sales or related field (advantageous).
• Proven sales track record with evidence of past achievements.
