JOB SUMMARY
To interact with wholesale customers and stockists to ensure meeting monthly sales targets and effective stock maintenance. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing Sales Distribution:
Meet monthly sales targets with widespread distribution
Cover all classes of outlets in assigned geography
Make the required number of sales calls as per SOP
Visit and check display outlets in the market
Improve display and merchandising standards
Address and resolve customer complaints
Ensure service levels regarding credit frequency and collections
Stockist / Wholesale Management:
Ensure stockist infrastructure, including quality of salesmen and delivery personnel
Conduct physical stock checks
Review interim sales
Brief stockists/wholesalers on monthly activities and sales targets
Ensure cheque encashment and stock receipt from transporters
Take corrective action on cheque bouncing cases
Administrative:
Prepare monthly reports and statements
Prepare and submit claims on time
Report damages and shortages to Line Manager
Maintain up-to-date files
Submit reports such as PJP, MJP, and DSR as per timelines
Coordinate with support staff for sales booking and dispatch
Submit expense statements within set deadlines
Training and Development:
Develop respective Sales Staff Members (SSM)
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Essential:
4-5 years of relevant experience
