We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team in the large format printing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building long-term client relationships, and promoting our wide range of large format print solutions, including signage, point-of-sale materials, exhibition graphics, vehicle branding, and other custom print products. Key Responsibilities Business Development: Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the large format printing market. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty. Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Consultative Selling: Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions, advising on suitable print products, materials, and finishes. Quotations & Proposals: Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and presentations in line with client requirements and company pricing structures. Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities. Collaboration: Work closely with design, production, and installation teams to ensure customer expectations are met and projects are delivered on time. After-Sales Support: Provide ongoing support and problem-solving to clients post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools.
Key Requirements Experience: Minimum 23 years proven sales experience, preferably in large format printing, signage, or related print/advertising industries. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of large format print products, materials (vinyl, PVC, fabric, etc.), and finishing techniques. Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to generate leads, close deals, and achieve sales targets. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present solutions confidently. Customer Focus: Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. Technical Aptitude: Ability to interpret artwork specifications, print requirements, and production processes (advantageous). Organization: Strong planning, time management, and administrative skills. Drivers License: Valid drivers license and own reliable transport. Education: Matric (Grade 12) required; additional qualifications in sales, marketing, or print technology would be advantageous.
