This position works out of our Johannesburg location in the

Nutrition Division

. In this division our nutrition business develops science-based nutrition products for people of all ages, from helping babies and children grow, to keeping adult bodies strong and active. Millions of people around the world count on our leading brands - including Similac, PediaSure, Pedialyte, Ensure, Glucerna and ZonePerfect - to help get the nutrients they need to live their healthiest life.


The role Medical Sales representative will look after

the Johannesburg West with Country Trips to Mafikeng responsible

for promoting and/or selling the organization's products across multiple or non-specified channels in a designated territory by contacting specialists, physicians, pharmacies.

What You'll Do



Build and maintain relationships with key pediatricians in the territory. Design and implement strategies to achieve sales goals and targets. Drive market share, volume growth, and sales targets by engaging with healthcare professionals and institutions. Maintain a high customer call rate. Call on retail nurses and pharmacists. Establish and maintain strong relationships with the customer base. Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Attend trade displays and presentations, including after-hours and weekends as needed. Participate in cycle meetings and conferences. Manage expenditure in line with company guidelines. Ensure compliance with the company Code of Conduct.

Qualifications and Expertise:



Tertiary Qualification in Dietetics, Medical or Health Sciences is Essential. Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the healthcare industry, with a preference for experience in pediatrics and maternity units is essential. Strong knowledge of the

area. Previous experience in nutrition is a plus. Excellent communication skills and self-motivation. Strong business planning acumen. Assertive, proactive, and enthusiastic. Valid driver's license
