Introduction
Komatsu Head Office is seeking a passionate Sales Representative with at least 5 years construction and mining equipment sales experience to join their Operational team in Germiston.
Requirements:

  • Diploma in a Technical field/trade or Sales and Marketing
  • Proven sales track record
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Applicant must be motivated and target driven
Years of experience:
  • 5 years sales experience in construction and mining equipment
Additional knowledge/requirements:
  • Valid driver's license
  • MS - Excel & SAP
Job Specification:
  • Draft sales plan/forecast with visits, activities, and targets for defined products, customers, or areas
  • Develops & maintains relationships with stakeholders (internal & customer) in the sales process in order to drive results
  • Facilitates unit sales process in conjunction with all internal stakeholders
  • Increases visibility of the Komatsu brand at customer sites
  • Collates and gathers information for use in sales analyses
  • Identifies & collates information to understand market segmentation, trends, product benefit analysis, pricing strategies to develop effective values added sales & marketing strategies.
