Qualifications

Requirements

Minimum 5 years sales experience, preferably within the industrial tool market or similar
Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies, as well as experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bilingual English & Afrikaans

Duties

Marketing and selling of Products and services to existing and potential customers in the East Rand and Free State region.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Filling out of Call Reports and, on occasion, delivery of products and services to the cus-tomer.
Reporting non-conforming products, services, and customer complaints to management.
Providing feedback to customers on products, services, deliveries, and queries.
Determining the degree of customer satisfaction and dissatisfaction.
Traveling to the Freestate on a regular basis.
