Job Description
We're seeking a driven and responsible Sales Representative to join our sales team. As a Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for generating leads, providing top-notch customer service, and meeting all sales goals. To succeed as a Sales Representative, you'll need excellent communication skills and a desire to provide our customers with the best possible experience while they work with us.
Qualifications:
- Matric
- Diploma/NQF level 6 in Sales or Marketing
- Minimum of 2 - 3 years' sales related experience within an FMCG environment
- Liquor experience preferable
- Must have a soundtrack record within the sales industry
- Must have a valid code 8 driver's license
- Must be assertive
- Able to communicate fluently in English
- Must be self-motivated and results driven
- Must be a strong team player
- Must have excellent negotiating skills
- Displays the Snell leadership behaviours (Be resilient, Take ownership, Communicate effectively, Lead change, Solve problems and Drive Results)
- Focused goal driven individual
- Have a positive attitude towards work
- Willing to work overtime
- Manage sales channels as set out in the brand prioritization
- Will be operating in the Gauteng Sales Region
- Call on customers as per agreed calling schedules
- Achieve brand availability targets as per the Company standards
- Design, implement and manage promotions, tastings and events
- A commitment to customer service and seeking opportunities
- Working on weekends and/or during trade hours specified by the company
