Key Responsibilities: 
 Market Analysis & Strategy: 
 Conduct market research to identify potential clients and services required. 
 Analyse competitors and industry trends to develop strategies for growth. 
 Support marketing initiatives to generate leads and build brand awareness. 
 Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: 
 Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets. 
 Identify and engage prospective clients through networking, cold calling, and industry events. 
 Convert RFQs into orders and negotiate as required. 
 Build long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business. 
 Sales Process Management: 
 Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure. 
 Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to meet client requirements. 
 Prepare and present proposals and presentations highlighting company capabilities. 
 Financial Performance & Reporting: 
 Develop sales forecasts and budgets aligned with objectives. 
 Monitor sales performance, analyse key metrics, and report to senior management. 
Qualifications & Experience: 
 Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. 
 57 years of experience in sales or business development within the electronics or manufacturing sector. 
 Strong knowledge of electronic components and contract manufacturing processes. 
 Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools. 
 Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
