The Role: Sales Representative KZN
This role focuses on generating new business, managing existing client relationships, and achieving set sales targets. The position is well-suited for someone with external sales experience and a proactive, client-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities
Meet and exceed monthly sales and upselling targets
Maintain and execute an external client call cycle
Set and manage a full week of appointments, site visits, and follow-ups
Generate and forward quotations and costings
Liaise with the Regional General Manager and Sales Manager on progress and scheduling
Maintain accurate sales call sheets and admin reports
Coordinate with dispatch/stores for delivery follow-up
Adhere to vehicle usage policies and maintain related documentation
About You
Minimum 2 years' experience as an External Sales Representative (waste industry preferred)
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding monthly targets
Strong planning and administrative skills
Own reliable vehicle and valid South African drivers license
Matric certificate
Available immediately and comfortable with a fixed-term contract
Package & Remuneration
Basic Salary: R25,000
Restraint of Trade: R5,000
Travel Allowance: R5,000
KPI Bonus: Up to R25,000 (performance-based)
Sales Commission
Working Hours: 07h30 to 16h30 (MonFri) + 1 Saturday/month
