Job Title: Sales Representative - Deal Setter
Location: Remote
Schedule: Monday through Friday, occasional weekends
Reports To: Sales Manager / Acquisitions Lead
Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Representative - Deal Setter to join our real estate investment team. This role is essential in laying the groundwork for successful deal closings by identifying, qualifying, and warming up potential leads for our Sales Closers. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, skilled at follow-up, and knowledgeable about real estate investment. You'll be responsible for making initial contact with leads, gathering property and seller information, and setting high-quality appointments that convert.
Key Responsibilities:

• Make initial contact with seller leads via phone, email, and text
• Qualify potential sellers by gathering key property details and motivation
• Build rapport with sellers to establish trust and gather intel for closers
• Schedule appointments or live transfers for Sales Closers
• Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system
• Follow up consistently with warm leads and cold prospects
• Collaborate with Closers and team members to improve lead-to-close conversions
• Track performance and meet daily/weekly KPIs

Qualifications:
Prior experience in real estate or real estate investment strongly preferred

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong follow-up and organizational abilities
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient with CRM systems and basic real estate tools
• Positive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for sales

• Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with wholesaling, off-market properties, or distressed property sales
• Experience with real estate investment lead generation platforms
