Sales Representative - Cape Town, Klapmuts - R25 000 to R28 000
A dynamic and growing business in the premium beverage and lifestyle space, committed to delivering quality products and memorable customer experiences, is seeking a passionate and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and expanding opportunities within the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets through effective planning and execution.
- Promote, sell, and secure orders from both existing and prospective customers.
- Develop and implement sales plans by channel, brand, and area.
- Manage key accounts and execute brand-building activities.
- Conduct customer visits and calls as per agreed schedules.
- Provide in-store support, including promotions, tastings, merchandising, and displays.
- Research and develop prospective customer leads.
- Supply management with feedback on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity.
- Participate in trade shows and conventions.
- Degree or Diploma in Sales.
- At least 3 years of proven sales experience.
- Strong communication, selling, and people skills.
- Ability to plan, organize, and handle difficult customers effectively.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Valid driver's licence and own transport.
- Passion for sales with a high level of integrity.
- Highly motivated and results-driven.
- Ability to use initiative and work independently.
