Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and grow awareness of our brand and offerings in the market
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across various market levels
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through lead generation, presentations, and client engagements
  • Maintain and grow a profitable portfolio of key accounts (50% new business / 50% account management)
  • Manage customer relationships with a focus on service excellence and long-term growth
  • Coordinate with operations to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Report on sales activities weekly and monthly as required
  • Use CRM (XACT) effectively for client management and reporting
  • Manage customer queries, collections, complaints, and feedback in line with company SOPs
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform strategic decision-making

  • Strong relationship builder and effective communicator
  • Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven
  • Excellent planning and time management skills
  • Ability to identify client needs and propose tailored solutions
  • Knowledge of Automotive Parts Industry trends and customer dynamics
  • Professional and presentable with a customer-first mindset
