They are at a pivotal stage, ready to build out a foundational sales team to convert this high-intent interest into long-term customer relationships.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Sales Representative to own the critical top-of-funnel sales process. This is a foundational role for a seasoned appointment setter who thrives on a "phone-first" approach and is excited by the opportunity to not only execute but also to help build the sales process from the ground up.
You will be responsible for engaging with a steady stream of high-intent leads, qualifying their needs, and booking confirmed appointments for the closing team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can help stand up the necessary tools (CRM, dialer) and workflows to create a predictable and scalable appointment-setting engine.
Key Responsibilities
Speed-to-Lead Response: Proactively contact all new inbound leads from website trials and webinar sign-ups via phone, email, and text with a focus on immediate follow-up.
Appointment Setting: Skillfully manage conversations to qualify prospects based on budget, need, and buying readiness, with the primary goal of booking and confirming qualified meetings.
Pipeline Management: Take full ownership of the lead pipeline, ensuring all interactions are meticulously tracked and the CRM is kept clean and up-to-date.
Process Building: Act as a thought partner to help select and implement a dialer and CRM, and contribute to building simple, effective outbound workflows and call scripts.
Relationship Building: Serve as the professional and friendly first point of contact, building initial rapport and representing the brand with excellence.
What You Bring
Experience: 2-4 years in a high-volume inside sales or appointment setting role, with a strong emphasis on phone-based outreach.
Skills:
Proven track record of successfully booking qualified meetings and managing a sales pipeline.
Excellent English communication skills with a clear, professional, and neutral accent suitable for a US-based audience.
Strong understanding of appointment setting best practices.
Tools:
Experience working with CRMs and dialers is required.
The ability to recommend and help stand up these tools is a major plus.
Mindset:
A proactive, self-starter mentality with the ability to own processes from start to finish.
Comfortable in an early-stage environment where you can contribute to building the sales foundation.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience creating basic sales scripts and outreach workflows.
Experience in a full-cycle sales role (handling both setting and closing calls).
