We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused

Sales Representative

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, maintaining product knowledge, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will be the face of our store and play a critical role in achieving sales goals and enhancing the shopping experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: This is not a full and inclusive list.

Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services. Provide product information, promotions, and warranty details. Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets. Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities. Process transactions accurately using POS systems. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor. Replenish stock and ensure products are properly displayed and labeled. Assist with inventory counts and stock management. Stay updated on product features, trends, and store promotions. Participate in training sessions and product knowledge workshops. Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary. Ensure a positive customer experience to build long-term relationships. Handle returns and exchanges according to store policy. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales and store goals. Support team initiatives and company standards.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

Must have own reliable vehicle Must be willing to travel Must have 2 - 3 years retail experience (minimum) as a Representative Ability to manage own time Will be working on the Modern Trade accounts (PNP etc)

Pay: Up to R18000,00 per month
