Requirements:

• High school diploma
• No criminal record
• Must be fully bilingual in AFRIKAANS and Englishxc3x82
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in a sales environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong telephone skills
• Demonstrated ability to read, write and speak Afrikaans and English
• Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused Mindset

Daily tasks and activities:

• Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Reach out to customers through cases that have been assigned to the specific person.
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitivexc3x82 activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Continuously improve through feedback.
• Greet and assist customers as they shop for new products.
• Suggest applicable and relevant upsells to help customers walk out the door with everything they need.
• Meet weekly, monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
• Learn how products work and how to troubleshoot issues with customers.
• Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and relay objection handling.
• Organize, rotate, and stock shelves during each store visit.
• Participate in sales meetings and on-site training.
• Deliver presentations and demonstrate products to customers.
• Check that merchandise has price tags or labels.
• Assist customers with special orders.
