Overview
We're looking for a reliable, motivated individual based in South Africa to join our team in a remote role. You do not need years of experience in these areas - we care much more about your attitude, ability to learn quickly, and reliability. However, we do prefer you've had some
experience
with dialing large quantities daily. We'll provide training, scripts, and resources to help you succeed.
If you're dependable, proactive, and comfortable speaking with customers, this role could be a great fit. We want someone who is eager to get on the phone and is driven by creating relationships with customers to ultimately lead them to a sale that could benefit their career.
Primary Responsibilities
Sales
This role will focus on calling leads, following up with prospects who have shown interest in our educational real estate courses (via book funnels, webinars, or course downloads), and pitching them on program upgrades. For the first few months, it will
heavily focus
on selling tickets to our event coming up in January.
Customer Service
Respond to customer questions, and solve simple service issues via email, chat, or text
Track interactions and notes in our CRM (GoHighLevel)
Schedule Requirements
Must be available
Monday-Friday
Able to respond to leads and customer inquiries quickly during scheduled hours
