Sales Rep (fmcg/retail Gauteng)
Job Description
Our client, in the FMCG industry, is looking for a Sales Rep with STRONG Retail / FMCG experience to ensure the sales of their product. Must be willing to travel extensively in and around the Gauteng (JHB South / Vaal) area. Own reliable transport is essential.
You will be required to do various store visits within the Gauteng area.
Some of the duties will include, but will not be limited to:
Relationship building
Stock control
Ensuring that the companys product has enough visibility for the clients
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
Provide customer service and support
Maintain up to date records of all sales activities
Attend and participate in sales meetings, trade shows and other relevant events
Seek opportunities to increase rate of sales instore
Shelf Health Ensure optimal product visibility at all times
Minimum requirements:
Minimum 1 2 years experience in an FMCG setting as a Sales Rep / Merchandiser
Valid Drivers license
Own transport
Salary: R25k Gross (depending on skills and experience)
R7500 petrol card
R1000 cellphone allowance
