Job Description

We are seeking knowledgeable Sales Rep to join our sales team. Candidate must be a motivated and have strong customer service skills. This role involves meeting monthly targets.

Qualifications and or Experience:

Grade 12.

Minimum of 5 years' experience as a REP within the aftermarket automotive industry (

Non-Negotiable

).

Diesel Spares knowledge would be highly advantageous.

Customer Care and or Mechanical diploma degrees would be an advantage.

Extensive knowledge of automotive components within the SA market is essential.

Knowledge of the Durban and outer region market.

Excellent communication, product knowledge, negotiation, customer service skills, and sales strategy execution.

Excel skills is a must.

Excellent telephone etiquette.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Valid driver's license.

Job purpose:

Developing relationships with existing customers and finding new business opportunities.

Work closely with the Sales Manager, Managing Director and Procurement to identify and evaluate new business opportunities

Formulate and execute sales strategies.

Gathering market related intel.

Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Generating sales and achieve customer satisfaction levels.

Salary & Benefits:

Dependent on experience. 28k - 32k Basic plus 5k Comms, including travel allowance, first class employee benefits including Provident fund, Medical Aid, life and disability cover. Company contribution are capped at 15%.

Working hours

: Monday - Friday (07:30 to 17:00)
