Opportunity exists for well presented, Sales and Relationship Manager for a well-established concern within the Property / Real Estate industry.
The Sales Relationship Manager plays a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with customers, generating leads, qualifying prospects, and managing the sales of products and services in order to achieve sales targets and objectives.
This role will identify and close sales opportunity across the B2B customer segments. To enable success, the ability to conduct market research and feasibility to better understand gap analysis in the market is essential. The business will rely on strong sales techniques, ability, and experience to assist in closing gaps between the company and potential competitors in the market.
The ability to apply a customer centric philosophy, knowledge of sales techniques and processes and an understanding of business strategy, products, and services to identify, enhancing opportunities for the organisation is a must.
