Job Summary Our client is on the hunt for an experience Sales Relationship Manager to join their dynamic sales team in Cape Town. Main job function The Relationship Manager plays a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with customers, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing the sales of products and services in order to achieve sales targets and objectives. This role will identify and close sales opportunity across the B2B customer segments. To enable success, you will use research methodology to conduct market research and feasibility to better understand gap analysis in the market, the business will rely on your Sales techniques, ability and experience to assist in closing these gaps between the company and potential competitors in the market. The Relationship Manager applies a customer obsessed philosophy, knowledge of sales techniques and processes and an understanding of our business strategy, products and services to identify, upsell and retain revenue enhancing opportunity for the organization Qualifications Completed Grade 12 plus some Tertiary qualifications. Experience/Criteria Minimum of 5 years working in an external Sales role B2B (Advertising / Online real estate portals) Demonstrated ability to work with data and reporting methods and systems Experience working remotely Own vehicle and availability to travel Nationally Ability to speak English & Afrikaans fluently Proven Sales track record A Consultant will be in touch if you are shortlisted for the position.
