We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales promoter to join our team in the retail industry. As a sales promoter, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and promoting our products to potential customers. Additionally, you will assist in setting up promotional displays, ensuring that merchandising is visually appealing and effectively showcases our products.
Responsibilities
Engage with potential customers and effectively communicate product features and benefits
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
Demonstrate product usage to customers to enhance understanding and encourage sales
Assist in setting up promotional displays and ensuring merchandise is properly showcased
Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting products and maximising sales opportunities
Continuously build and maintain product knowledge to effectively answer customer questions
Stay up to date with industry trends and competition to maintain a competitive advantage
Requirements
NQF 4 equivalent, matric certificate or higher.
Candidate must be eligible to work in South Africa
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on creating positive shopping experiences
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment
