We're hiring a hybrid

Sales & Project Manager

to turn enquiries into finished jobs. You'll visit clients, capture photos/measurements/specs, prepare professional quotes, and--once approved--project manage delivery through to handover. The ideal candidate has a

strong eye for detail and style

(think architect/interior-decorator sensibility) plus the discipline to run budgets, timelines, and quality.

Responsibilities

Respond to leads, schedule and attend

site visits

across Cape Town. Take photos, measurements and note constraints; advise on options/finishes. Prepare and present

itemised quotes

; follow up to close. Plan and run projects: timelines, budgets, supplier/subcontractor coordination. Manage client updates, variations, snag lists and close-out documentation. Keep accurate records (photos, approvals, costs) in the job system. Identify tasteful upsell opportunities that add value.
Requirements

3-5+ years in a

sales + site/project

role (construction, fit-out, interiors, building services or similar). Confident doing site measures, basic sketches/mark-ups and reading plans. Proven project coordination: scheduling, supplier management, cost & quality control. Tech-comfortable: email/Drive/Sheets; quoting/CRM basics (training provided).

Valid SA driver's licence

and reliable vehicle; frequent travel around Cape Town. Professional communication in English (additional SA languages an advantage).
Nice to Have

Background/exposure to interiors, architecture or quantity surveying. Basic CAD/SketchUp/Revit for simple mark-ups (not essential).

Monday to Friday, with occasional flexibility for client/site access. Field-heavy role across Cape Town.

Speed to site & quote, quote win rate, on-time/on-budget delivery, quality/snags, and client satisfaction (NPS).
