Lead. Coordinate. Deliver Excellence.
Our client is a leader in the bespoke construction and engineered structures industry. They deliver large-scale, design-forward projects with precision, creativity, and excellence. They're now seeking a Project Manager who's not just a coordinator-but a true owner of outcomes, across program, budget, and contract scope.
This is a dynamic, high-responsibility role for someone who thrives on full-cycle project ownership, cross-functional leadership, and detail-oriented execution. You'll be working at the intersection of creativity, engineering, logistics, and client service-bringing visionary structures to life.
What You'll Be Responsible For
This is not your average PM role. You will:

  • Lead the project lifecycle from handover to completion-owning scope, timelines, budget, and client satisfaction.
  • Act as the central hub of all project communication-between internal departments and external stakeholders.
  • Work hands-on across technical, operational, and logistical channels-partnering with department heads to align delivery schedules, resource planning, and quality outcomes.
  • Stay close to the ground-with a presence in the office, warehouse, and occasional site visits, ensuring accurate implementation and oversight.
Your Core Responsibilities
Project Leadership
  • Analyze the full scope, budget, and timeline of each assigned project.
  • Drive kickoff processes, ensuring alignment between sales handover, technical teams, and delivery functions.
  • Host internal and client-side meetings to maintain direction, solve issues, and manage expectations.
  • Represent the company with professionalism and clarity in all external interactions.
Budget & Contract Oversight
  • Take full ownership of project budgets, with the ability to re-evaluate and motivate for revisions pre-launch.
  • Monitor actual vs. forecasted costs, flag risks early, and lead commercial decision-making.
  • Issue and manage variation orders, contra charges, and insurance matters in consultation with the finance team.
Program Management
  • Establish and continuously maintain live project timelines.
  • Collaborate with design, fabrication, procurement, and site teams to ensure deliverables align with the program.
  • Ensure planning occurs weekly across all departments and partners.
Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Sync with heads of department to ensure design specs, procurement timelines, and resource planning are on track.
  • Plan and manage all procurement, supplier orders, and service delivery in line with budget and spec.
  • Lead planning for shipping, site installation, and sign-off.
Completion & Close-Out
  • Oversee project wrap-up: snagging, final accounts, reporting, debriefs, and warranty handovers.
  • Drive learnings back into the organization by compiling post-project reviews and improvement reports.
You'll Also:
  • Offer auxiliary support to other PMs or site managers when your own project load allows.
  • Escalate requests for admin or technical support if capacity becomes an issue (via the Project GM).
  • Maintain rigorous digital record-keeping, program dashboards, and budget logs.
What You'll Bring
  • Proven experience in construction or engineered products project management
  • Strong understanding of contract management, procurement, logistics, and team coordination
  • Exceptional planning and communication skills
  • Ability to work across technical and non-technical departments
  • Hands-on, proactive mindset with a problem-solving approach
This Role Is For You If You:
? Thrive in a multi-disciplinary environment
? Are a confident communicator and decision-maker
? Prefer hands-on delivery to behind-the-scenes oversight
? Love the challenge of aligning moving parts and people toward a shared vision
? Have an eagle-eye for budget control and schedule management
Reporting Line
You will report to the Project General Manager, with dotted-line collaboration with the CFO and department heads across Design, Technical, Manufacturing, and Site Management.
