Job Description
Our client is looking for a dynamic Salesperson to join their team. Achieve sales targets, promote products, resolve customer queries, and collaborate with stakeholders. If you have sales experience and excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you!
The successful candidate would be required, but not limited to:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets as set by management
- Visit potential and existing clients to promote and sell company products and services
- Advise customers on product availability, options, and suitability
- Identify and pursue additional sales and service opportunities
- Follow up on customer complaints or queries and ensure resolution
- Maintain accurate weekly sales reports and updates
- Collaborate with marketing and area managers to address operational needs
- Travel to client sites, other stores, and training sessions as required
- Perform other duties as reasonably requested by management
- Valid driver's license
- 0-2 years' experience in sales (preferred 2-5 years)
- Strong knowledge of sales, marketing, and customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and data entry software
- Excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills
