Position Overview:
To support the Sales & Marketing Executive and the wider team in the execution of administrative, marketing, and partner channel management activities, contributing to the overall performance and success of the department.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:

  • Assist the Sales & Marketing Executive in preparing performance reports and managing administrative activities.
  • Support the New Business Lead and Account Management Lead in meeting their reporting and administrative requirements.
  • Provide ongoing administrative support to the Partner Channel Manager.
Performance Tracking
  • Become a HubSpot CRM functional expert for Sales & Marketing; and
Drive such reporting for Sales & Marketing team performance measurement;
Partner Channel Management
  • Assist the Channel Manager with the execution of administrative processes, including managing NDA agreements, Partner Agreements, vendor banking information, and other relevant documentation; and
  • Conduct research and assist with sourcing potential partners to expand the partner network.
Marketing
  • Provide assistance to the Marketing Manager in executing marketing campaigns, with a focus on Channel Partners.
  • Support the measurement and performance analysis of marketing campaigns.
  • Manage the generation of marketing collateral and content in collaboration with external suppliers.
Objectives and Key Results
  • Administration: Accuracy and completeness of sales forecasts, deal value, billing dates, and other admin requirements as determined by the Sales and Marketing Executive; and
  • Personal relationships: Foster and maintain professional and effective relationships with colleagues across the business as well as customers and their representatives.

Qualification and Certification:
  • Matric
  • Professional Certification in Administration
  • MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint Intermediate level)
Years of Experience
Minimum:
  • At least 3y experience assisting Senior Management
Maximum:
  • At least 5y experience assisting Senior Management
