Key Responsibilities:
Identify and research potential leads, companies, and decision-makers
Conduct outreach through email, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Initiate conversations, engage potential clients, and build rapport
Qualify prospects and help coordinate follow-up actions or meetings
Maintain accurate records of activities and lead data in CRM systems
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies
Contribute ideas and feedback to improve the overall sales process
Meet or exceed individual outreach and engagement targets
Qualifications:
6-12 months of experience in sales, lead generation, marketing, or customer-facing roles
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Research-savvy with attention to detail
Comfortable using LinkedIn and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
A self-starter who takes initiative and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
