Role Overview

This role focuses on proactive outbound calling to pre-qualified leads from an internal database, engaging potential candidates, and booking them for the next stage of the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to provided leads from a candidate database. Qualify interest and suitability using set screening questions. Follow up with candidates who respond to outreach messages. Book interested candidates into the next step of the recruitment process. Maintain accurate records of calls, outcomes, and follow-ups in the CRM system. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process. Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting.

Skills & Experience Required

Proven experience in cold calling, telesales, sales outreach, or call centre roles. Experience within recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally in property/real estate, is advantageous. Strong phone manner with the ability to build rapport quickly. Confidence handling objections and engaging decision-makers. Excellent verbal communication and listening skills. Comfortable working with call scripts and CRM systems. Basic understanding of UK geography is an advantage but not essential.

Desirable

Recruitment agency background in property/real estate. Knowledge of UK property regulations and right-to-work compliance. Previous experience booking appointments or interviews.

Hardware Requirements

Computer or laptop with stable performance. Reliable ADSL/Fibre internet (minimum 50 Mbps). Headset compatible with VOIP systems. Anti-virus installed. UPS/Backup power for load shedding.
