Ink-Link is a fast-growing, performance-driven marketing agency that works exclusively with

tattoo shops across the U.S. and internationally

. We help shop owners book more consultations, streamline client communication, and stay organized using paid ads, automation, and CRM systems.

We are looking for an experienced

GoHighLevel Specialist

to join our team part-time. This is a

behind-the-scenes technical role

focused on setting up new client sub-accounts using proven templates, troubleshooting issues, and making ongoing improvements to automations and workflows.

Responsibilities

Set up

new client sub-accounts

in GoHighLevel using established templates Customize pipelines, calendars, forms, tags, and opportunities as needed per client Build, adjust, and optimize

advanced workflows and automations

Troubleshoot CRM, automation, and messaging issues across client accounts Manage and maintain

SMS, email, and automation logic

to ensure reliability Configure and maintain

AI tools, chat widgets, and automation-based follow-ups

Implement integrations using

Zapier, webhooks, APIs

, and third-party tools when required Maintain clean account structure, naming conventions, and documentation Work closely with internal team members to implement changes and fixes quickly Ensure systems are compliant and optimized for scale across many client accounts

Requirements

3+ years of hands-on experience with GoHighLevel

(non-negotiable)

Strong understanding of

advanced workflows, triggers, and automation logic

Experience working with

snapshot templates

and multi-account setups Confident troubleshooting complex automation and CRM issues Experience with

Zapier, API connections, and third-party integrations

Familiarity with

AI/chatbot configuration

inside GoHighLevel Excellent written English and internal communication skills Highly detail-oriented, reliable, and self-managed Comfortable working entirely

Working Hours

Part-Time (20 hours per week)

Must be available

4:00 PM - 8:00 PM South Africa time

(Aligns with

7:00 AM - 11:00 AM Pacific Time)*
Monday through Friday Will need to have Slack on your phone in case of rare emergencies (we've had 1 in the last year)

Compensation

R 10,000/mo
