What You'll Own

• Hiring and training your dream team of outbound setters
• Designing outreach workflows that convert
• Setting KPIs and holding the line with performance coaching
• Syncing directly with closers and marketing to make sure leads flow and deals close
• Building a high-performance culture around results, accountability, and growth

Requirements

• Has 5+ years of outbound B2B sales experience (both voice and non-voice)
• Has led remote teams for 3+ years and knows what high standards feel like
• Can set up everything from call scripts to HubSpot dashboards with your eyes closed
• Speaks English like a pro and thinks in terms of numbers, not guesses
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-output environments where every day is game day

Bonus if you're:

• Already used HubSpot and Kixie Dialer
• Familiar with US industries like real estate or pro services
