- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Travel and Tourism Diploma or Industry experience
- Knowledge of Tourplan, Maximizer, WETU, social media platforms etc
- Market understanding
- Understanding of data and analyses
- Ensure consistently good levels of guest experience
- A Good understanding of the travel industry.
