Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven

Sales & Marketing Representative

to promote and sell Dr. Brown's Laboratory product line throughout South Africa. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales acumen, proven marketing experience, and an existing network within the haircare, dermatology, wellness, or beauty industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell Dr. Brown's Laboratory hair restoration and scalp health products to: + Clinics
+ Dermatologists
+ Trichologists
+ Pharmacies
+ Salons and spas
+ Beauty supply distributors
Identify and engage new business opportunities across South Africa. Conduct product education and demonstrations with professionals. Create and execute regional marketing campaigns in collaboration with the global marketing team. Represent the brand at trade shows, wellness expos, and industry events. Provide regular reports on sales activity, lead generation, and market feedback. Maintain excellent customer relationships and support post-sales service.

Requirements:

Proven five (5) years or more sales experience, preferably in cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, beauty, wellness, or haircare sectors. Marketing or business-related background (degree or experience). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-starter, able to work independently and meet sales targets. Access to reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally. Proficiency in English (additional South African languages are a plus).

Compensation:

Commission-Based Only

Preferred Qualifications:
