Position Overview

The Marketing Manager will develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies focused on the nonprofit sector. The ideal candidate will be experienced, creative, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop targeted marketing plans to reach nonprofit audiences Create, launch, and optimize multichannel campaigns (email, social, digital, events) Analyze market trends, user data, and campaign performance to inform strategy Write and manage content for digital platforms and fundraising campaigns Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, sales, support) toward shared goals Manage agency relationships and coordinate external communication efforts Track marketing ROI and report insights to leadership
Qualifications

3+ years of marketing experience, preferably with software or nonprofit audiences Demonstrated results in digital, inbound, and email marketing Strong writing, analytical, and project management skills Experience with fundraising platforms or nonprofit CRM tools is an asset Creative thinker, proactive, and a team player Organized and comfortable in small business environments
