Sales & Marketing Manager - BrackenfellSales & Marketing ManagerOuhout Meubels is looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager to join the Head Office team.The ideal candidate has:- Tertiary degree in Sales or Marketing- 4-5 years working experience as Retail or Marketing Manager- Willingness to travel as needed in South Africa & Namibia- Capacity to work on multiple projects simultaneously and to insure their operational implementation on a tight deadline- Good negotiation, presentation and people development and interpersonal skills Competent in leadership, analysis, and communication- Basic graphic design skills- Social Media management skills:- Manage 18+ stores across South Africa & Namibia- Forecasting & budgeting for income & expenses per store- Weekly reporting & feedback- Weekly promotions & monthly campaigns to drive sales- Communicate sales promotions & marketing campaigns with stores, malls & external parties- Give holistic overview of the brand voice and ensure marketing & sales actions are aligned- Manage short, medium & long-term brand goals- Social media content creation (mix of design & images) & copy writing- Social media management of brand & store pages as well as community management for groups.- Business Google management of store pages- Effectively manage employees through applying the company- Ensure succession plan is in place for direct reports, and update job descriptions at least every 2 years- Ensure the annual employee review process includes a review of employee career plan and development planCVxe2x80x99s can be sent to careers@ouhout.co.zaJob Types: Full-time, PermanentEducation:Diploma (Required)Experience:Sales: 3 years (Required)Marketing: 3 years (Required)Language:Afrikaans (Required)English (Required)Ability to Commute:Brackenfell, Western Cape (Required)
