Sales & Marketing Executive (CBD, Cape Town) R15K - R20K PM

Leading company specializing in shopping centre marketing are seeking a highly capable Marketing & Sales Executive to become an integral part of the team.

This role demands a strong blend of interpersonal, organizational and writing skills.

Requirements:

- Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate

- Relevant Degree / Diploma / Tertiary Education

- Valid driver's license and vehicle

- Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English

- A minimum of 4 years' experience in PR / Marketing

- Proven experience in shopping centre marketing

- Demonstrated event management and coordination expertise

- Proficiency in a sales environment including collaboration with exhibitors

- Excellent writing and communication skills

- Self-motivated, disciplined with excellent organizational skills

- Experience in social media management

- Accountable and responsible

- Able to manage and collaborate within a team

- Excellent time management skills

- Exceptional attention to detail

- Good planning capabilities

- Skills in implementation

- Able to thrive under pressure

- Able to multi-task

- Interpersonal skills, fostering team work within the agency and during client interactions

- Proficient in the full MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

- Exposure to Shopping Centre marketing

- Willing to work occasional weekends and public holidays
