The Person:

Competencies:

Strong research and data skills.
Projection and forecasting skills.
Creativity as well as high analytical & statistical understanding.
Ability to work with interruptions and must enjoy variety and be able to work on several different projects at the same time.
Ability to communicate well at all levels.
High levels of attention to detail.
Knowledge of CRM & ERP systems (Skynamo & Syspro pref).
MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
High level of Excel proficiency.
Ability to work independently and with cross functional teams.

The Job:
Report to the National Sales and Marketing Manager:

Compile, analyse and report sales data, both internal and external.
Provide business critical data in a usable format for both Sales team and Management.
Monitor and analyse competitive activity, customer, and market trends.
Provide actionable insights to guide the Sales and Marketing teams.
Contribute to the development of sales plans and objectives.
Monitor and evaluate sales performance.
Forecasting demand.
Marketing:

Manage and updating customer, Sales Reps and lead generation in CRM Databases across Syspro and Sales Mobility platforms.
Manage the CRM platform (Skynamo)
