Drive implementation of Fumani's 2030 Growth Strategy through effective sales leadership and
execution.
Ensure monthly and annual achievement of new and used vehicle sales targets across the team.
Promote adoption of POS systems (Evolve, CMS), SharePoint, and CRM platforms to support
digital transformation.
Review and approve deal documentation and enforce compliance with Pricing and Costing SOPs.
Lead regular team review meetings and provide performance coaching and feedback.
Coordinate participation in promotional activities and compile market intelligence reports.
Oversee customer experience metrics, including response time, delivery turnaround, and postdelivery
follow-up.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Automotive Management, or a related field
(preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in vehicle sales with at least 2 years in a managerial or
supervisory role.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding vehicle sales targets.
Experience using digital tools such as Evolve, CMS, SharePoint, and CRM systems.
