We are looking for a technical minded Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide superior sales account management through their technical & market expertise.
You will be responsible for:
xefx82xa7 Customer visits in SSA region to identify and acquire new businesses/ applications and support customers on organic, inorganic, anticorrosive pigments and pigment preparations.
xefx82xa7 Observation/ analysis of the market and translate market trends into needed application support and product scope
xefx82xa7 Develop and maintain strong customer relations through personal visits and regular communication, in order to meet all sales and growth objectives.
xefx82xa7 Use CRM to plan, organize, and implement and track the sales strategy and account plans for assigned territory
xefx82xa7 Analyze customer needs, determine best solution using appropriate Heubach products and coordinate technical support activities
xefx82xa7 Attend trade shows and industry functions
xefx82xa7 Keep abreast of competitive products, applications, market conditions, competitive activities, etc.
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in reputed organization ( Multi-national is preferred ) with thorough awareness on sales and marketing
- Ability to travel: 30% of the time.
- Language Skills: English. Other regional languages a plus.
