Minimum Requirements:

Matric qualification
A minimum of two years outbound sales experience
Promotion and sales skills to sell the company's products and services effectively
Proven 6-month consecutive track record of successful sales performance
Ability to plan daily activities to maximize results
The ability to build and maintain rapport with key customers and identify new opportunities
Excellent telephone, communication and listening skills
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
Must be customer-centric
Must be able to analyze the market and use data to penetrate the market effectively
Must be financially astute and be able to understand sales budgets
Understand and adhere to company systems and processes.
Must have excellent client relationship building skills across all customer demographics
Residing in or around Grabouw, Western Cape.
Job description:
Management of the Sales team
Morning, daily and weekly meetings as per the Work Flow provided.
Reporting on all aspects of sales performance as required from the Directors
Staff training and development
Generating your own personal sales if required in achieving Club targets
Checking Sales Diary's and their Club Manager profiles for appointments/calls
Ensuring the sales team utilises and updates the CRM system correctly
Generate leads through canvassing, referral campaigns, weekend action plans and club promotions, internal and external
Monitor sales peoples contacts, appointments, referrals, secondary sales
Update sales board and keep accurate stats on all aspects of the sales function.
Goal setting and motivation
Assisting Sales Consultants with T/O's
Admin with regards to new memberships, staff leave forms, staff contracts and other ad hoc administrative duties within the sales department.
Ensure consultants are sticking to correct pricing, completing contracts and other admin correctly, and Docking if wrong
Keeping your sales team at the required number (which is your sole responsibility) and should you require assistance with this Informing HR if a new membership consultant is required.
Checking sales salaries and commissions with Admin and HQ every month.
Every membership sold is to be checked and signed off by you, and it is your responsibility to ensure they are all within the parameters set out by the company.
