Sales Manager - Logistics (Freight Forwarding)

A leading company in the freight forwarding and contract logistics sector is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and lead a high-performing sales team. This role is ideal for a target-driven individual with strong expertise in freight forwarding, contract logistics, and global tender management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Secure new business across freight forwarding and supply chain solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing high-value deals.
- Lead RFQs/RFPs and global tenders with internal operations, pricing, and solutions teams.
- Mentor and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Manage key accounts, ensuring service quality, retention, and growth.
- 5-8 years' experience in logistics/freight forwarding sales.
- Proven track record managing global tenders and large corporate accounts.
- Strong knowledge of air, ocean, road freight, warehousing, and supply chain services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience leading a sales team is an advantage.
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel.
