Job Description

  • Lead and manage team leaders, marketers, and sales agents.
  • Set sales targets, monitor performance, and ensure targets and profitability are achieved.
  • Develop improvement plans, provide coaching, and manage performance when required.
  • Oversee lead generation activities and ensure inbound leads are actioned promptly.
  • Plan staffing, maintain a talent pipeline, and coordinate recruitment needs.
  • Monitor customer interactions, handle complex customer issues, and ensure high service standards.
  • Analyze performance data, monitor productivity, and prepare regular sales and operational reports.
  • Ensure efficient use of resources and adequate staffing to meet demand.
  • Manage training programs, oversee onboarding, and ensure staff remain updated on products, systems, and promotions.
  • Support continuous development of agents and team leaders.
