SALES MANAGER IN THE COMMERCIAL PARTS INDUSTRY



Essential Skills:



Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills. Proficiency in sales techniques, negotiation, and data analysis. Understanding of market dynamics in the industrial/automotive parts space.
To be able to work as part of a team.

Good presentation skills.

IT skills.

Great motivation skills.

To be able to work under pressure and meet upcoming deadlines.

Good problem-solving skills.

An excellent understanding of how businesses work.

Experience:

Most senior roles require

2-3 years of experience in the automotive, commercial vehicle industry

Technical Knowledge:

Deep understanding of commercial parts

(e.g.,

truck components,)

and supply chain logistics

Team Leadership:

Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales executives and parts specialists to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
