We have a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead a busy Tyre & Fitment Centre in Eastern Cape
Duties:

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of all departments.
Manage and motivate staff, including recruitment, training, performance management, and conflict resolution.
Drive sales by implementing promotions, visiting corporate clients/fleet companies, and identifying new business opportunities.
Analyse financial reports, manage budgets, control expenditure, and monitor stock levels.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality management, and operational policies.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, resolve queries, and ensure service excellence.
Monitor, analyse, and act on sales/stock reports to achieve performance and profitability targets.

Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12) essential; a post-matric qualification in retail/sales is advantageous.
Minimum 2 years' management experience in the tyre retail/automotive industry.
Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage and motivate teams.
Experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and stock management.
Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills.
Computer literate (MS Office; experience with retail systems advantageous).
Willing to work after hours, weekends, and public holidays as required.
Results-driven, professional, and customer-focused with high integrity.
