? About the Role
This is your opportunity to use your sales or customer-facing experience to break into the world of tech. You'll learn how to identify target customers, reach decision-makers, and generate the kind of pipeline that drives growth for leading startups.
You'll kick off with our Go-to-Market Academy; a hands-on training program that gives you real-world sales skills, not just theory. From there, you'll keep learning on the job and follow a clear path to career progression and leadership within two years.
? What You'll Do

• Learn the ins and outs of SaaS and FinTech sales across EMEA markets
• Research and identify high-value accounts
• Connect with decision-makers via phone, email, and LinkedIn
• Book meetings and demos with senior executives
• Continuously refine your techniques through coaching and feedback

Requirements:

• A university degree
• 1-2 years of customer-facing experience (sales preferred)
• Genuine interest in sales, SaaS, and FinTech
• Energy, curiosity, and resilience - you enjoy solving problems and pushing yourself
• Excellent written and spoken English, confident engaging with C-level execs
• Based in Cape Town (or open to relocate)
• South African Citizen
