Essential requirements
- Grade 12
- Computer literacy
- Comfortable using phone systems and databases
- CRM and emailing skills
Making Outbound Calls & Securing Meetings:
- Initiating calls to potential customers and securing meetings for sales reps to attend. Updating sales reps calendars with confirmed meetings
- Identifying and qualifying potential customers who are likely to be interested in the product or service.
- Understanding customer needs and challenges to tailor the sales pitch appropriately.
- Addressing and overcoming potential customer objections during the cold call sales process.
- Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions.
- Providing qualified leads and relevant information to the broader sales team for use in their sales meeting
