Role Purpose
Support the sales team in lead generation and appointment setting while gaining hands-on experience in the sales cycle, CRM tools, and client engagement strategies.
Responsibilities
Core Functions:
Assist in lead generation through research, calls, and social media outreach.
Schedule appointments for Sales Representatives.
Maintain and update CRM with lead details.
Support follow-up communication with prospects.
Learning & Development:
Shadow Sales Representatives during client meetings.
Gain exposure to proposal preparation and negotiation basics.
Participate in product and sales training sessions.
Skills & Qualifications
Education: Matric (Grade 12) plus Diploma or currently enrolled in a degree program in Marketing, Business, or related field from a recognized South African institution.
