Our client is seeking an experienced and target-driven Sales Executive to join their Specialised Cleaning Services division in Cape Town. This role is ideal for a B2B sales professional with a strong track record in the cleaning, hygiene, or facilities management sectors.
The focus is on selling tailored, high-value cleaning solutions to commercial, industrial, healthcare, food, and retail clients.
This is a field-based role. Own reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license are essential.
Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across targeted sectors
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and growth
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Provide insights and market feedback to help refine sales strategies
• Work closely with operations teams to ensure consistent service delivery

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• 3-5 years of B2B sales experience in cleaning, hygiene, facilities management, or a related industry
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets (advantageous)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Own transport and valid driver's license - essential
