Are you a natural salesperson who thrives in a fast-paced environment?
Do you love the buzz of closing a sale and helping customers make confident decisions? We're looking for Sales Executives to join our team, supporting customers as their appliance warranties come to an end and offering them peace of mind with our insurance plans.
This role is all about understanding customer needs, building trust, and delivering a service that genuinely makes a difference. Whether it's keeping the washing machine spinning or the oven baking, our customers rely on their appliances--and we rely on you to help keep them protected.
You'll be part of a high-energy, highly driven sales team where your experience and personality matter.
What You'll Be Doing:
Making around 80-100 outbound calls a day
Understanding customer needs and identifying opportunities to offer insurance
Presenting product benefits clearly and confidently to secure sales
Working towards realistic and achievable daily and weekly targets including compliance, volume and conversion
Building rapport and delivering excellent customer experiences
What We're Looking For:
Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment
Strong communication and objection-handling skills
Highly motivated by targets and performance
Resilient, positive, and able to learn from setbacks
Comfortable working on a dialler and handling a high volume of calls
Flexible and able to work UK hours

Experience:
UK or USA sales (outbound): 1 year (Required)
