We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Executive for new vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a passion for selling and a strong understanding of the automotive industry. The Sales Executive will be responsible for building relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service, and closing sales to meet sales targets.



Responsibilities:



Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service and product knowledge Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting and selling new vehicles Conduct product demonstrations and test drives to showcase the features and benefits of new vehicles Negotiate pricing and terms of sales agreements to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales goals Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and sales activity Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and strategies to drive sales Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities


Requirements:



Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the automotive industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and closing skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Valid driver's license and clean driving record Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed


Education and Experience:



High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
